Francisco has extensive courtroom experience, having appeared successfully in various forums, including the Court of Appeal, Court of Queen’s Bench, Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, Provincial Court, Alberta Securities Commission, and in mediations/arbitrations.
Francisco also specializes in small to medium size business structuring and corporate law, including preparing comprehensive Unanimous Shareholder Agreements, business purchase and sales, various construction and commercial contracts, and commercial leasing.
Francisco’s extensive litigation practice provides a valued insight into how corporate and contractual documents are ultimately enforced by the Courts.

Francisco also provides consulting services to clients with matters in the United States and Latin America. Francisco’s legal training in the Common Law (British derived law) and Civil Law (Roman/Napoleonic derived law), allows him to confidently advocate for and advice his clients on a wide range of international matters. Francisco is fluent in Spanish and French, and assists clients from various diverse communities.
